Overview
Taskloom is a focused project workspace for teams that move between early ideas, detailed planning and final delivery every week. The concept brings the work that usually gets scattered across chat threads, spreadsheets and status meetings into one connected flow. Projects keep their context as they move from a brief to a board, from a board to a timeline and from a timeline to a confident launch decision. The experience is intentionally calm: every screen answers what is happening, who owns it and what needs attention next.

Challenge
Creative and product teams often have plenty of tools but very little shared visibility. Task lists capture actions, timelines capture dates and chat captures decisions, yet the relationship between them is easy to lose. Taskloom was shaped around the moments where that fragmentation costs the most: kickoff, handoff, review and the final push to launch.
- Project status lived across too many disconnected tools and update threads.
- People could see their own tasks without understanding the wider delivery plan.
- Dependencies and review blockers surfaced late, when schedules were already under pressure.
Solution
We designed Taskloom as a connected workspace rather than another task list. A project has one living context, with each view revealing a different level of detail without making the team rebuild the plan. The interface uses clear ownership, lightweight status signals and deliberate whitespace so the important decisions stay easy to find.
- A shared project home connects briefs, tasks, files, owners and milestones.
- Board and timeline views stay synchronized as work changes hands or direction.
- Project health surfaces progress, capacity and approval readiness before a review.
- Activity history keeps decisions attached to the work they changed.
