Overview
Resonique is a product design concept for vinyl release preparation. A vinyl release combines track order, sleeve artwork and production references that need a shared revision context. The scope connects four activities: release studio, side sequencing, sleeve proof, release handoff. Each has a dedicated screen, with a circular record preview paired with side-by-side sleeve panels establishing the visual direction. The work includes interface composition, proposed feature architecture and industry-specific showcase imagery.

Four original vinyl release preparation interface concepts. Records, technical values and depicted workflows are illustrative.
Challenge
A vinyl release combines track order, sleeve artwork and production references that need a shared revision context. A useful workspace must preserve the connection between the original reference, the selected record and the discussion around a change. Showing more information alone would not resolve that handoff.
- Keep release metadata and track references connected to the selected work.
- Make label artwork visible at the point where decisions are reviewed.
- Retain editorial comments and handoff files through the handoff.
Solution
The design starts with a circular record preview paired with side-by-side sleeve panels. Inspect a vinyl record and sleeve concept beside release metadata. The remaining views separate exploration, coordination and review into layouts suited to their content. A burgundy, smoke and silver palette gives the product its own visual identity, while selected-record panels keep details close to the working surface.
- Inspect a vinyl record and sleeve concept beside release metadata.
- Arrange track references across sides A and B with duration labels.
- Review front, back and inner sleeve artwork with editorial comments.
- Gather label files, sleeve revisions and preparation tasks for a release.
